Which coins and networks can I use?
The payment screen lists the coins and networks currently available for your order. Select the exact network shown and send the exact amount to its payment address. Do not send another coin or use a different network.
When is my payment confirmed?
Confirmation time depends on the network and payment provider. Keep the payment page open to see its status. A transfer appearing in your wallet does not necessarily mean the required network confirmations are complete.
Where is my purchase delivered?
Delivery goes to your verified account email after payment confirmation and fulfillment. Check spam and junk folders. Your account Orders page shows the order status. Contact support@simzotek.com if delivery is delayed.
How do I redeem my purchase?
Follow the instructions supplied with the code or eSIM email and the product's region requirements. Redeem wallet credit with the relevant brand; eSIM plans use the supplied QR or activation instructions.
What if I bought the wrong region?
Check country, platform, denomination and account requirements before paying. Contact support before redeeming if you selected the wrong region; eligibility for replacement or refund depends on the order and whether it has been delivered or used.
Can I request a refund?
Contact support@simzotek.com with your order ID. The Refund and Replacement Policy in the legal center explains eligibility. Never share private keys or wallet recovery phrases with support.
Which countries can use SIMZOTEK?
The complete available-country and territory list is below. Access to the platform is separate from product redemption regions and eSIM destination coverage.
Why do I see ‘This platform is not available in your country’?
Your connection was detected in one of the currently restricted countries listed below. SIMZOTEK does not provide marketplace access, registration, or purchases from these locations.
My location was detected incorrectly. What should I do?
IP-based location can be inaccurate. Check your connection and contact support@simzotek.com if the message is incorrect. Do not use a VPN, proxy, or false location to bypass restrictions.
Does a global product mean the platform is available everywhere?
No. A product’s global redemption or eSIM coverage does not override the platform’s country restrictions. Check both platform availability and the individual product’s region before purchasing.
Can I still read the policy or contact support from a restricted country?
Yes. Country availability, FAQs, and legal documents remain readable. Email support@simzotek.com for help with an existing order or an incorrect location detection.
